Most of vServer's ini params (you may change them directly in the INI or indirectly via SQL) are effective after restart vServer. |

In your log I see ERROR: address already in use. this means another copy of vserver use that port, so this one cannot start and generate logs. |

The problem right now is that I can't stop the server.
