Yes, Valentina ADK is licensed on a developer seat basis. That means you need to own a copy of the product you are using to develop the solution, and if you are turning an uncompiled product over to a third party AND you need to include any part of Valentina for REALbasic, they also need to own the same Paradigma product. You can give them your uncompiled source code without them owning Valentina ADK as long as no component of a Valentina ADK is included in your deliverables.
Yes, this is against the royalty free license agreement for Valentina for REALbasic. However, Paradigma Software licenses its database technology for special purposes. For more information, contact info@paradigmasoft.com.
You can extend your VDN membership, or you can continue to use last version of Valentina products available during your period of VDN membership. However, you must have a current membership in order to be able to purchase products like Embedded Server that are only available to current members.
