Welcome to Your Account! You need an account on Paradigma Software in order to order products (including free products) and ask questions through the online support ticket system.
Use the Your Account box to log into your existing account, create a new account or retrieve your password or user name.
Use the Support Tickets link to contact Paradigma Software customer service or technical support.
In order to get Level 2 Technical Support, you must have an unused Support Incident credit on your account. See the Technical Support area for more information.
