In order to enable REST interface on the server, you should assign the value to "Port REST" property of Valentina connection and restart the server.

Here are examples of how to work with SQLite:
~/Paradigma Software/V4RB_9/Examples/REST

I recommend looking at the following:

• iOS_vSQLite_Fast - open/close connection, execute basic SQL and get results
  
• iOS_VReport_vSQLite - open/close connection, generate report, show it

sudo dpkg -i vserver_armhf_32_9_lin.deb

The server is installed to /opt/VServer directory.
You can check its logs in the /opt/VServer/vlogs folder.

Do you mean open port in the firewall? The default Valentina port is 15432, REST port needs to be assigned

You can edit /opt/VServer/vserver.ini, find following lines and change Port_REST:
[REST]
; Port to listen REST clients.
; 0 - do not use REST port.
Port_REST=0

Or you can connect to Valentina port and change Port REST property of connection.

sudo service vserver restart
