I’ve encoutnered a problem while using Valentina-DB.

Context: MS SQL Server – T-SQL

Let’s go with something simple:

In SSMS I can use aliases as columns i.e. in “JOIN” statements, example:

select
pp.PersonType,
pbe.ModifiedDate
from Person.Person as pp
join Person.BusinessEntity as pbe
on pp.BusinessEntityID = pbe.BusinessEntityID


Valentina-DB Studio Pro 11.2.4 on macOS 10.15

select
*
from Person.Person as pp
join Person.BusinessEntity as pbe
on pp.BusinessEntity.ID = pbe.BusinessEntityID

returns error,
moreover autocompletion does not work with aliases


I don’t know if it’s a lack of a feature or I have to enable option that I haven’t found yet.
