I make a change in a sql it doesn't save. I make a change in the report, it doesn't save!

Using 9.7.4

If you open About dialog, Valentina Studio->About, does it show Valentina Studio Pro?

Is it possible that the same project was opened by another application? Maybe compiled Xojo app?
