As mentioned I'm doing a server management module for my app. Today I got twice an error about a tiny little database having an invalid database name. See screenshot. Why does the code work most of the time but not at others?

Am I doing something wrong?

I guess it is result of some interrupting debug session or some manual manipulation with master db.
Please check master.sysdatabase table. I guess - there are no records containing "usergroups" in fld_name.
It means the db "usergroups" is not registered under vServer.

If I don't have an evil twin then there is nobody else besides me testing. I also didn't do any manual manipulations of the master database.

So the db was never registered to the server. You should call "Server.RegisterDatabase" or do it via SQL before "db.Open" call.
