Our graphics person sent me a file as a png sized to 8.5" X 11". When I bring it into Studio it is way 2 big.

What size can I tell her to make it? So it fills the entire page? Scaling doesn't work. There has to be a way to do this.

It's a blank invoice that I need to put the fields on top of.

Thanks

I'm also getting

12:29:58 Page 1: Area report body 'reportbody1' too big to fit in page

And I only have the one graphic on page. And borders all set to 0.

Page size is Letter

Hello Richard,

Looks like there is some rounding problem, the closest picture size control I can set is 8.5”x10.98” (for the Letter format)

Own report resolution is 4 pixels per millimeter, 101.6 per inch.
Usually you can use bigger images in report, just scale them down - this image will be printed with higher resolution.
But you wrote scaling doesn’t work, what exactly is wrong?

Yes, the current problem is in rounding on conversion between inch/mm/px, 1 pixel is not enough to generate a report.

Currently, the size of the Letter page in pixels is 864 x 1116

So the workaround:
1) Create an image of this size (or proportionally bigger if you can use the scale property)
2) Switch units in the top-left corner from inches to pixels
3) Set the height of the picture control to 1116

If there is some empty space before or after the picture it will be skipped.
