Resolved don't connect to my database

When I try to connect with my base (open with another device), I see this status with another symbols 'critical error', I don't undarstand the problem. What is it?

Another device - is it Valentina Studio on another computer?

Not readable message - looks like locale issue, I'll check it now.
Is PostgreSQL running on Windows, too?

Yes, it's VStudio on my laptop.
but at work I use Linux, and my laptop - Windows. Problem with anoter OS?
maybe I do something wrong.. I choosed field Servers - connect to - choosed my PostrgreSQL - .....- connect.

No, OS is not a problem.
And at your work, do you connect directly, without SSH?

The original error is "password authentication failed for user".
What if you specify the user without the domain part @...?
