Resolved Error connecting remotely to PostgreSQL Database using SSL with version 13.7

I upgraded to 13.7 from 13.5 and now I am getting an error when connecting via SSL to a remote Postgre database. The error is :sslmode value "require" invalid when SSL support is not compiled in. Any ideas?
