Evaluating report generator using Studio for Mac and/or Windows.

I am looking for a way to generate a report with dynamic size of detail depending on the amount of characters in text area (Database Field). Documentation says something like evaluating space using first and last record of recordset. That is what i can produce, larger data of records in the middle of record set shows error in preview and data is cut off..

Here is what i did
-installed free version of Valentina Studio 6.3 for Mac (El Capitan) and Windows (7) - works
-created a connection to MS SQL Server - works
-created query - works
-created report - works
-can't find a combination of option settings for report database field that grows and shrinks report detail
-tried to put text area in subreport (primary key as parameter) - got error during execution of query

Is it possible to produce dynamic Reports using ADK(xojo)?
