iOS can access reports from VSERVER using REST API.

Yes, of course, to the Linux server you can connect from iOS in many ways:
- Objective-C / Swift + native iV4CC library
- Xojo + VServer REST API
- Objective-C / Swift (or any development platform supporting HTTP requests) + VServer REST API

can vStudio make html tamplate for a reports with this i can make reports on iOS with out internet or external server

Not clear. Of course, you can export a report as HTML in the Valentina Studio, with some data.
Do you want to use it as a template and replace the data on iOS? It may work for some cases, HTML is just a text.
