Hi guys,

a user has a corrupt database. He tried to clone the database and got a crash (see attachment). He tried to export the main field and got an error there, too (see screenshot). A dump is also not possible.

Unfortunately, he doesn't have a backup from before the corruption. Is there anything he can do?

Regards

Beatrix Willius

I would recommend to diagnose each table in the db in order to find out which one is not ok, then, find the VarChar field which is not ok there, and try to drop that field or at least dump the rest of tables. Most probably it would be not possible to restore that VarChar field, but you may try to trim last records there as well.
