Free and PRO editions exists for Valentina Studio.
For Valentina ADK there is no such difference.

* Valentina DB/Reports ADK can be used FREE only as VCLIENT to your VSERVER.
Valentina.InitClient() -- do not requires serials.

* To work with LOCAL db or reports you need provide serials
Valentina.Init( serials ) to work with LOCAL vdb files
Valentina.InitRepotrs( serials ) to work with LOCAL .vsp
