Hi Team, I want to create a graph in Valentina free studio when I write an SQL query it reflects the same graph which we visualize when we drag the charts in the report editor, suppose I write any wrong query in graph still the graph result is same. Please refer below-mentioned screenshots for your reference. kindly do the needful.
And make sure the query returns Y-axis data as the first column, and ticks on the X-axis as the second column.
What do you set for the query of the report (not a chart)?
To print just one chart in the report it is necessary to define query which returns one record, no matter of content, like:
SELECT 1
I have take standard Valentina Studio example project 'valentina_sakila_reports'
(you must see it on the start page in the third column)
* make here a new report, with dummy SQL Query: SELECT 1; see pict1
* added chart to body of report, double click to edit it
in the query made simple SQL query with 2 fields in SELECT, see pict2
OK - to close dialog for chart
* Click PREVIEW button and see resulting graph pict 3
