This may be user error ... but in case, it isn't. I created a form that has a TableView with a query as its source. I liked the results and duplicated, using Duplicate, the form. I renamed the duplicated form. I edited the duplicated form: modified its size, changed labels, changed the source to another query. Both forms work when Execute is clicked on the form editing tab and on the main project area tab. I created another form with labels and buttons. Two of the buttons are supposed to open the forms I just created. One button opens the first form - all good. Another button: opens the duplicated form (different size and labels), but the form displays the query results from the first form. The duplicated form is identified correctly in the Slots - clicked field for the button. I created another form with just two buttons. Same result. I created a new form from scratch that was similar to the duplicated form. I modified the Slots - clicked field for both buttons on both forms with buttons and both open the form displaying the correct query results.
