Have to create a report that uses a special label/badge printer. The size of the badge is 4 inch wide by 3 inches high.

When I hit preview it shows groups of 4 badges printed on a normal letter size.

The Badges are fed from a roll they are not 4 up on normal paper.

If I print it to the normal Paper it uses the entire width of 8.5 in when it should be 4 inch.

What is wrong???

Hi, Richard

Do you print it right from VStudio? Or save as PDF and then print?

Right now I'm testing so I tried printing from Studio, but it will be printing from PDF when put in to my xojo program.

Please, try to do Export->PDF in preview mode, it should be the same, as you get in preview.

I did and it looked the same, normal letter size, not the paper size selected.

Hi Richard

During our private conversation you've created a PDF file using Export to PDF feature (not direct printing).
And the file was correct.

So were you able to print it on this special printer? Is the problem solved?
