In the config server ini files, I see a crash reporter section. Can you explain a bit more how is this working ?

1) I have set this parameters :
Crash_Reporter_Send=1
Crash_Reporter_Owner_Name=Francois Van Lerberghe
Crash_Reporter_Owner_Email=frvanlerberghe@gmail.com

I don't receive any mail following a crash. Are these parameters corrects ?

2) Open this file again after a crash, I see now
CRASH_REPORTER_LAST_CRASH = 20180928_182608

Am I supposed to find a file with this name and see some more details ? Where ?

3) Monitoring the connections, I see this :

* Couldn't find host mail.valentina-db.com in the _netrc file; using defaults
* About to connect() to mail.valentina-db.com port 587 (#0)
* Trying 80.86.91.211...
* connected
* Connected to mail.valentina-db.com (80.86.91.211) port 587 (#0)

Do you receive the crash from my Valentina server ?

1) Seems to be correct. You are not supposed to be notified - all those settings are just for sending possible crash reports to us.

2) This param is for internal use. Usually vServer is in "auto-started" mode. So if it is constantly crashed it sends huge number of the same crash logs. To avoid it we allow to send the crash only once per day. Meanwhile, if we are "debugging" some issue we can either nullify CRASH_REPORTER_LAST_CRASH via SQL (Server properties) or directly in the ini file each time before vServer start to send more crashes this day.

Crash logs location depends on the OS. For example - for Mac it is "Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/"

3) Not yet (at least me). Probably it is in some "junk" mail. I will check it later.
