I'm still using the Valentina Studio demo (v10.4.18 on MacOS 10.15.6) to see if it's going to work for my needs before I purchase it.

I'm trying to create simple labels from a SQLite Database. The database and query are working fine, but I can't get the labels to come out right.

I'm using Avery 4331 labels – 15 2.625" W x 2" H labels per sheet. 0.5" margins at the top and bottom, 0.1875" margins on the left and right, 0.125" gutters.

I have everything set up the way I believe it should be, although the page size won't save a value wider than 2.50". But when I preview the page, the labels only go 2 across instead of 3. If I shrink the width down, I can get it to display 3 across, but then they're the wrong size.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello Michael,

I reproduced these issues.

So currently, the only way to make it work is to create an ordinary report.
To make a label of the proper size add a rectangle (the width 2.63" is shown correctly, 2.62" is shown as 2.50";)
The border of the rectangle can be turned off.

Thanks, Sergey! That's very helpful. Am I correct in assuming that fields without units (like margins) are always in millimeters regardless of what unit is selected for the report?
