i install VS 32bits on Windows 7 64Bits and it print perfect the problem is XOJO or Plug-in

When printing from VStusio the dialog options are transformed into the options string, and the width&height even was not used, as you have seen in the log.

1) nothing changes with new plugin, paper size value 0 or 256 and paperwidth&paperlength?
2) There must be some difference for the driver. Is it desktop application, 32-bit? VStudio 32 or 64?

i think the problems is how i make the page on VS when i preview it show 3 record on one page and shut be 3 pages so if i add 2 record works on VS but if a have 3 or more Record no work correct.

If any one can do like teamview from support it see what is the problem or show the steps how i shud do the page on VS

Just strange, why you get different results with VStudio and Xojo using the same options string.

We haven't got the options to set width and height of the paper for printing on Windows.

I added two options - paperwidth and paperlength. Values are in millimeters.

Here's how I used them:
mReport.PrintToLocalPrinter( "Canon LBP 3000", "papersize=256,paperwidth=60,paperlength=60" )

256 - is the constant for the user format. You can also try 0 here

Valentina Studio on Windows uses the papersize printing option, so you should use it in your code as well to get the same result.

Default user-defined format value for this option is 256, it must work for your Xojo code:
papersize=256

If it will not work, you can download a special build of the Valentina Studio (links in attachment).

It outputs the printer name and the exact options string to the log. For example

16:15:52 Print to printer 'Canon LBP3000' with options 'collate=no,color=no,copies=1,duplex=no,landscape=no,papersize=256,printquality=600,scaling=100'

So you will see all the options used.
